Understanding mathematics is key to choosing the right career path. Most students are limited when choosing a career because of their phobia for these subjects some see it as an impossible task. I can only imagine this feeling because I was once there. Thank God the situation was rescued as I got engaged with a math tutor early enough.

Mathematics is not rocket science. It only involves principles that if well mastered will give you an edge over others. It is a skill every child must love and learn right from the cradle.

When teaching this subject, I allow the child to gain mastery of all the concept that is related to a particular topic using pictures and illustration if need be. Every topic in mathematics has formulas or principles guiding it ranging from place value to BODMAS. I make the child understand that there is no problem without a solution and guide him/her as he/she tries to discover the answer to a problem.
