I am an experienced Mathematics tutor with a strong understanding of how to make Mathematics clear, engaging, and accessible to students. I specialise in SAT Math preparation, helping learners develop the quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, accuracy, and time-management skills required to perform strongly in the examination. I believe Mathematics becomes significantly easier when students understand the reasoning behind each solution, so I use an interactive teaching approach that encourages students to actively participate, ask questions, and develop confidence in tackling challenging problems.

My SAT Math lessons are structured around the key skills tested in the examination, including Algebra, Advanced Math, Problem-Solving and Data Analysis, Geometry, and Trigonometry. I break complex concepts into manageable steps and use worked examples, visual explanations, practice questions, and SAT-style exercises to strengthen understanding. Where necessary, I incorporate supportive video resources and practical demonstrations to make challenging topics easier to visualise. I also teach effective test-taking strategies, including question analysis, efficient problem-solving, time management, and identifying the most appropriate approach to different question types.

My priority is to help students achieve measurable improvement and maximise their SAT Math performance. I have successfully prepared students for examinations including Checkpoint, IGCSE, JAMB, BECE, WAEC, and GCE, with strong results to support my teaching experience, and I have also been recognised with an award for Best Teacher at my school. I reinforce my lessons with regular assessments, rigorous practice, and targeted feedback to monitor progress and address learning gaps. With a patient, engaging, and results-oriented approach, I equip students with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence needed to approach SAT Math with greater accuracy and perform at their highest potential.
