General Mathematics
I identify the student's challenge, and tackle it head long. Sometimes it might not necessarily be calculations, but it could be fear, lack of confidence, and strangely, lack of basic understating of English language.
My students largely afterwards like to explore many ways of tackling calculations, even outside of the conventional methods.
