I had a generally positive experience working with Mrs Ojuri. Communication was clear most of the time, and expectations for the lessons were well explained from the beginning. She was respectful, and responsive to messages. Scheduling was mostly smooth, although there was an instance where changes was communicated late. However, she was open to discussion and willing to adjust when necessary. Overall, the student amd the parents value education and cooperative, which creates a good working environment for tutors
