I am a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt where I studied Education English and graduated with a Second Class Upper Division (2:1). I also have a Masters degree in Education Psychology from the University of Lagos. I love children and I have a passion for teaching and impacting into the lives and intellect of children.

I have been doing home lessons for the past 10 years and I have home tutored children in Corona schools, St. Saviour's school, Green Springs school and many more. I have also taught in some schools such as Federal Government College, Port Harcourt, alongside gained experiences from both the Banking and Health Sector. I started lessons for both Primary and Secondary Students while I was in the University, and so far, I have made a great impact on the academics of children, including preparing kids for external science examinations

My experience so far in teaching Basic Sciences has been amazing, I have taught children with different learning needs and also helped them discover themselves and love science. My idea of science very much has to do with the everyday world, that is, I see science as something developed for the real everyday world. Science is not just what a few people do in their laboratories, but, instead, it is related to our lives, something that everyone can understand and participate.

Science is everywhere. We should be interested in it and try to keep a close relationship with science, so we are able to understand what is happening around us. The most important issues discussed today are in some way related to science. We can think about genetics, food, cosmetics, climate, biological war, energy, and many other things, and we will find science in these things. We should pay attention to how we interact with it, with this information.

When I think about science I also immediately think about school. I'm always concerned about how to bring science and scientific world to the classes, to the student's reality, because I believe they could be more interested in science if they could see science in this way. In teaching children, I make use of instructional materials and learning aids such as textbooks and printouts, and I use different teaching methods based on the subject being taught and the topic, the interactive teaching method works best with me and I have seen measurable results.

I love teaching science and I teach with the pre-knowledge that every student is different and each student has his or her distinct style of learning.
