Using a step by step procedure to evaluate the understanding of the student in organic chemistry. Then using my formula to create a brain work plan for the student. Testing would be done on the concepts of alkanes, alkanes, alkynes and other functional groups.
Many of my students come out with flying colours in their various fields. My students were the top 5 in the faculty in the recently finished CHM 121-Organic Chemistry in the faculty of sciences, University of Lagos.
Using analogies and day to day description to drive home my point the student would be able to grasp a full understanding of the subject.
