As A Passionate Tutor in both written and spoken English, I acknowledge that English Language is often considered one of the most difficult languages to learn fluently if you haven't grown up speaking it.
As a second language, mastering secondary level English can be a challenge but helping my students gain a STRONG COMMAND of the language is far from IMPOSSIBLE.
I achieve desired results by ;
• stimulating Debates and Discussions. I encourage my students to engage in debates on variety of subjects, fictional characters, future scenerios, improvements they'd like to see in their community or environment and whatever gets them talking.
• I engage them in immersive reading activities. Studying English literature is one of the most effective ways to develop fluency in reading, writing and to some extent speaking the language. Instead of focusing on formal acquisition of litrary concepts alone I engage them with creative immersion activities such as retelling a story, creative writing and using given words to write just about anything.
• Boost writing skills in Fun ways. There is only one way to really gain written fluency in any language and it is PRACTICE! PRACTICE!! AND MORE PRACTICE !!!
