Verbal reasoning is understanding and reasoning using concepts framed in words. It aims at evaluating ability to think constructively, rather than at simple fluency or vocabulary recognition.

Verbal reasoning requires you to use logical reasoning to answer questions. Simply understanding the vocabulary and phrasing used is not enough when it comes to verbal reasoning, although it is still necessary.

Verbal reasoning tests are often used as entrance examinations by schools, colleges and universities to select the most able applicants. So, it is necessary for a child to study verbal reasoning study from the cradle. Apart from the academic purpose of verbal reasoning, it helps every child to build imaginative capacity and grow intelligently. I teach pupils/students verbal reasoning using interactive and model approach. I have recorded lot of success and many parents have commended and recommended me for the subject. Verbal reasoning does not only help your child to improve in "verbal reasoning as a subject" alone but help your child to improve in all other subjects of his/her study.

Having been in British and American systems of education and taught students/pupils using their curriculums, I found out that in primary/elementary school stage, the level of learning using British curriculum is substantially higher. However, it seems to me that the American curriculum picks up.
