More than 3 years experience

Haven been a facilitator and biology teacher for 3years now in both the junior and senior secondary school level, I have a good understanding of Physiology being an aspect of biology that deals with the how the body of a living organism works and its interaction with the environment to ensure its survival.

With a good knowledge of both the Nigerian and the British Curriculum, I have successfully prepared students for both internal and external(international a checkpoint & IGCSE) examinations achieving over a 70%pass rate in their performances.

Most importantly, I have helped a lot of student to both develop and maintain their interest in this subject through my teaching style. This includes interacting with them considering their level of understanding and their learning styles, use of technological aids such as interactive learning softwares e.g. board works, laptop, projector and whiteboard in projecting learning videos, slides which includes pictures necessary to aid their learning. This I consider an effective way of inspiring learning in my students as they can be better bored by just a long talk without such interactions. I also adopt the use of questioning and research in inquiring and assessing a students knowlege and understanding of the lessons to be taught or already learnt.
Hence, I would love my students to show readiness for learning by being prepared with every learning materials needed for the lesson which includes, writing pads, resource books, writing materials, a computer or flash drive as needed before my arrival.

I trust my time with your ward will leave him/her not just a better student in this subject but a better person as a whole.
