More than 6 years experience

I have taught over 150 students English in over six years of teaching both in primary and secondary schools. In preparation for different promotional exams, I have groomed over 20 students privately to succeed in English in both JAMB, NECO, SSCE, BCE exams, school exams, and entrance exams especially secondary school entrance exams such as those of Jé suit memorial Port Harcourt, Graceland Enugu exams, Queens College exams, and entrance exams into universities. Through all these, I have achieved over 75 % success with students I taught in the classroom and 94% success with students I taught privately.

I am deeply rooted and up-to-date in the subject. I have the required experience and knowledge about how to brush a student up to speed who previously was poor in his/ her Use of English.

My method of teaching is done by first determining the area of weakness of the student followed by intensive teaching with lots of class works, assignments, and corrections to help strengthen and allow the student to gain independence.

I give a report or feedback back to the parents monthly so that both academically and otherwise a parent can know how his or her ward is fairing.
