More than 10 years experience
My qualification and experience in the teaching sector undoubtedly stand me out. I have been privileged to help many learners to overcome learning challenges in Numeracy and Literacy. I have been privileged to teach 3 kids from the same parents; ages 8, 7 & 4. They had a learning challenge known as dyslexia. Today, they are doing great! This is one testimony amongst many. I also teach Reading, Grammar, Basic Math, Handwriting, and Phonics. I've earned the award of "Best Teaching Staff" on several occasions.
My teaching approach is individualized. I find out what the learning challenge of a learner is through a series of tests (diagnosis).
Then, I proceed to find the 'key' to the learner's teaching style by understudying the learner through the application of different methods. Once, the learner's learning style is detected, learning becomes easy and fun for the learner, and progress is recorded.
For the aforementioned to be achieved, a quiet environment with no distractions is ideal.
