Some have criticized verbal reasoning tests due to their lack of precision - many questions arguably having more than one answer. For example, a question which asks:

"When will Tunji get married?"
may expect the testee to respond with the answer "Tunji will get married at 65" based on the following two sentences (taken from a preceding paragraph - the format of most verbal reasoning tests):

"Chioma is almost 30 years old and currently single"

and

"Her parents usually nag about this issue once their female children approach 30"

However, though the two sentences make it probable that Chioma will have to get married at 35, it is still a logical possibility that she might wait beyond this point, or that she will get married early and avoid pressure from her parents. As a result, ironically, it is possible to be penalized for having too discerning a critical faculty.

I have only studied the subject but have never taught the subject.
However, just a trial will convince you of my ability to deliver excellent knowledge of this subject to you.

I would require the verbal reasoning textbook, a whiteboard, and a scribbler as well.
