Verbal reasoning should be encouraged in pupils. This is because it will enhance their alertness and ability to reason and tackle question.

As a graduate of Biochemistry with a reasonable amount of experience in teaching, I believe that Verbal reasoning can not only be made easy for the sake of exams, it can also be made easy for the sake of letting pupils know and practice it. That is, pupils should be encouraged to learn it, so as to make them great pupils.

I have prepared primary school students for Primary School Leaving Certificate Examination and most of them got up to 70% and above.

When I teach verbal reasoning, I focus on topics such as Word Formation, Anagram, Analogy, etc, with patience and efficacy. And we also move from simple to difficult stages.
