A poem is a literary piece written in verse and stanzas while a rhyme has to do with sameness of sound in different words used in lines of poems and usually, rhymes are tales told in verses.

I am a graduate of literature, this knowledge has equipped me to better analyze and discuss poems. I am also good with the literary devices and poetic terms.

To cap it all, i am a class teacher that has been exposed to different nursery rhymes that children like with lots of stories at my disposal.

Most times, i employ play-way method and demonstration in teaching. Children find this fascinating and it has been a positive re-enforcement to learning.

The children i teach are always excited and look forward to more classes with me.

Both curricula are well furnished to address the need of any child. No one is higher but they do have their differences. Some proponents of British curriculum has it that it's more practical and engaging, what this means is that it addresses what the child sees every day and has activities.
