I am an experienced elementary Phonics tutor who focus on the area of needs of my students with utmost care and attention.
I involve my students actively in all the aspect of teaching-learning process of phonics at the elementary level which serves as the basis for their sound ability to tackle various challenges successfully as they progress in their academics. I follow through active two ways feedback (client-tutor feedback), utilize the fresh discoveries through feedback and test the students to ascertain progressive change in behavior in the students and the achievement of the set lesson goals. I reward every progress made effectively and I encourage students to perform their utmost best as classes progress in order to function effectively in the society as they grow
