More than 3 years experience
From experience, I got to realize that when a student does not like the tutor (most often as a result of the tutor's approach), then teaching becomes a problem. So I have a way of presenting the courses in Physics and other science subjects (e.g. Chemistry & Biology) in a way which makes it appealing to the students and indirectly makes them develop interest. Also, I relate the teachings with everyday activities that we carry out for easy understanding.
Although I've had many testimonies of my teachings, the most memorable for me was a single student I tutored in Physics and Further mathematics for WAEC during my service year. He had a B2 in the subject and sometimes this year, he called me again to thank me and that he had gained admission.
