My knowledge of organic & inorganic chemistry, and my ability to put myself in students' shoes, will go a long way in identifying problems the students have in understanding topic, and knowing how to teach them effectively. I will make the use of adequate assignments and homeworks to help tackle problems in areas the students find difficult. This will help the students to understand the subject very well, and enable them pass exams.
