I will conduct assessment for potential students to understand what level of reading proficiency the child is at, and to advise how i can help the child improve. I will Implement the required assessment procedures for the child selected for Phonics. Thereafter I will prepare lessons that follow the ‘Read in a Week’ programme and also interact and teach the child (mostly preschool) and Nursery how to use Phonics in the most effective and creative way possible. I will track each individual child’s progress and report back to the parents after each class accordingly. I will also build rapport with the parents.
I will maintain clear and evaluative records on each child as a basis for teaching. I will also provide documentation and explanations, feedback on lessons and sharing the planning and assessment process.

Basic Mathematics, Verbal Reasoning, Basic Sciences, Quantitative Reasoning, Literacy & Numeracy, English Language, Elementary Mathematics, Elementary English

Levels taught: Pre-Primary, Lower Primary and Upper Primary

Teaching Curriculum: Montessori, British, Nigerian, American

When you book lessons, Deborah will usually travel anywhere at most 5km (~ 30mins drive ) from Pedro to deliver lessons.
