Basic mathematics is the foundation of mathematics in lower primary classes. I have been taking this subject for over seven years, and I have been making impact. Basic Mathematics is an introduction to mathematics which makes a lower primary school pupil love mathematics as a subject. I start with the identification of numbers, digits, addition and subtraction etc. I make them to realize that this subject is always applied in our everyday lives, hence we need to have the knowledge. I do this with practical examples which has made the pupils realize that it is fun to learn mathematics. With this ideology, they would always want to learn.
