Teaching students in Literature in English for many years has enhanced my mastery of the subject and its appreciation.

I have helped students overcome difficulties in tackling problems in Literature in English. I teach the subject by relating it to life and reality. I help students in understanding literary forms such as poetry, prose and drama, analysing it and appreciating it by using various literary techniques.

The student would be made to read the selected literary form and helping him/ her to use literary techniques in analysing the given text.
