Literacy and Numeracy serves as the basis of learning for any child right from the developmental stages. For effective communication and cognitive development in schools and in society, this subject is very important A good grade in Literacy and Numeracy is a requirement for promotion to higher class.

I have about a year's experience in teaching this subject, and I have helped pupils understand parts of speech, construct simple sentences as well as understand basic mathematics.These pupils now have a good grade in the subject.
