Every parent must understand that verbal reasoning is a vital aspect of their child's development and not just extra work given to them in school. It goes a long way in improving a child's constructive thinking and general intelligence.

In addition, verbal reasoning is more than being able to find meanings or synonyms of words. By teaching concepts such as problem-solving around words thinking about text, and decoding letter and number-based codes; verbal Reasoning skills will allow your child to develop qualities such as perception, understanding and solving complicated subject questions, empathy, and logical reasoning as well as ensuring they have a great vocabulary.

I have a strong desire to teach verbal reasoning because of the fulfillment that comes with observed improvement. The excitement I see in my students when one problem after another gets solved is sufficient motivation on its own, and much more equipping them to solve these problems on their own is my major drive.

Lastly, I build my teaching approach on strong relational skills with my students. I create an atmosphere around me that is conducive for learning, by ensuring they are open to learning from me and also confident to ask questions.
