More than 6 years experience

I do not just have degrees in Fine and Applied Arts, I am a brilliant multiple award winning Art Subjects teacher who has almost ten years experience teaching with the Nigerian, British and American curricula to a countless number of students and in prominent international schools.

My experience and creativity in arts has earned me many awards both locally and internationally not just as an artist but as a teacher and I make bold to say, no one of my students has failed an examination that I prepared them for.

I have a passion for creativity and a flair for uniqueness. I also believe that to survive and make a name in a world this big in wants and demand, then talent alone will not be enough but an attitude for success. This is why I go beyond just teaching my pupils school subjects, I do my best to encourage them to be creative and have morale boost.

Harnessing raw talents from my pupils, helping them fine-tune same knowledge and getting them ready to conquer the world at any given time and especially in their examinations, has always been a source of joy to me.

I believe the saying that “no child is dull, they are only slow learners who, once they pick up tend to move faster than the fast ones. It only takes understanding and care to know a child.”

The British curriculum is my favorite to work with. Both curricula are unique and are written with the interest of the pupil at heart and the benefit of the teachers at heart.

Lessons hold at your home

When you book lessons, Oke armstrong will usually travel anywhere at most 5km (~ 30mins drive ) from Jikwoyi to deliver lessons.
