Basic Mathematics

Most students tend to be skeptical when it comes to mathematics. This could be as a result of a poor foundation. It is important that students have a thorough knowledge of the principles and logic behind obtaining excellent grades in this subject, hence, my teaching approach helps to improve each pupil's mathematical skills by adopting interesting yet self- motivating techniques which help build confidence in solving mathematical problems. I have successfully prepared pupils for exams like Checkpoints, IGCSE, Common Entrance, WAEC etc.
Mathematics involves a lot of practicing, as such, I use past and recent exam questions to further improve understanding in each topic. I ensure topics are well understood per time before introducing new ones. During lessons, we study many examples which help the student understand each topic better and build confidence for personal study and examinations.
My students have gained excellent grades, and I would work with you and your wards to ensure set academic goals are met.
