Being of a scientific background makes working with numbers one of the most exhilarating experiences in my pursuit of knowledge.

I approach the subject matter as a puzzle to be played with. That opens up creative flow ideas to the question. I encourage my students and pupils to use this technique.

If the thought process is not activated, effective learning cannot occur. This is my starting point. Once this is achieved the rest becomes smooth rides.
