Being an active photographer, photo editing has been my selling point. I'd teach you how to make the best use of Gimp in editing your photo. I'd also teach you how to use Picasa to give your photos special effects.

Gimp is an opensource application for editing photo. Very robust and usable on each and every operating system.

-Picasa-
Picasa is a free photo editing software that is used for quick editing. It does not require a professional skill like Gimp. It is also not as powerful but just retouches the general appearance of a photo. It is important for a quick edit.

These two application can help edit any photo to any taste with speed.
