I am a very experienced teacher with experiences in teaching students in school, tutorial center or homes. Having graduated with a first class degree in mathematics, mathematics is my metier and I have been teaching mathematics right from secondary school.

Mathematics is simply put, the science of numbers. Hence, an adequate knowledge of number manipulation is necessary for any student who wishes to excel in mathematics. I teach all aspects of arithmetic ranging from understanding the various number types (integers, fractions, real and complex) and their relationships. These include the use of BODMAS, number bases (binary numbers is a special case), approximations and errors, indices, logarithm and surds, business mathematics, set theory, among others.

My experiences in teaching give me an edge as it helps me quickly decipher which aspects are most challenging to individual students and prepare an effective plan to help the student improve his or her understanding of the subject. My relationship with my students is also both friendly and professional and the combination of these has made my students learn better, improve their mathematical and analytical skills and ultimately, improve their performances in both school and external exams.
