I studied Chemistry Education at the University of Lagos, thus, I have the requisite training needed to teach the subject.

I have been teaching chemistry for at least eight years, and I prepare students for WASSCE, JAMB, and IGCSE chemistry. One of my students scored 81/100 in the 2017 JAMB chemistry exam, and in the 2016 Nov/Dec IGCSE, all my students passed chemistry (1A*, 2As and 2Cs).

My lessons are quite student centred. I see myself as a facilitator and I try to solve as many past questions as possible with my students to consolidate their understanding of chemistry. I require my students to have ready their writing materials, notebook, textbook, and relevant past question booklet when preparing for a lesson.

I taught in a school that offers the British curriculum only for two and a half years, and I am presently teaching in a school that offers both curricula.

Lessons hold at your home

When you book lessons, Lauretta will usually travel anywhere at most 5km (~ 30mins drive ) from Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki to deliver lessons.
