Teaching verbal reasoning demands synergy between the home tutor and the school tutor. Creating a balance would ensure the success of the student in the subject taught. For me, my success story in preparing students for certain examinations (ranging from common entrance examinations to high school examinations) can be traced to synergy.
The idea of short tests aids in ascertaining my students understanding as well as assimilation and retentive ability and equally goes a long way in making them take pride in the knowledge of the subject.
The art of teaching solely lies in the ability of the tutor to communicate knowledge acquired. This goes a long way in making the student fall in love with the subject. For me, the success story begins when the student loves the subject. My method of teaching is child-friendly, thus creating a room for my students to fall in love with the subject’
