I am an English Language Expert with more than 5 years of experience helping learners to improve on reading, writing, and speaking both physically and online. I collaborate with learners to demystify phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and other aspects of the English Language to mastery.
In 2020, I worked with a learner who had a learning loss due to COVID-19 in Canada such that she could not read a 3-letter word. With my student-centred pedagogies, she could read a sentence and recite poems confidently. Her class teacher was excited about her exceptional improvement in the English Language. Her parents were happy too.
I have prepared more than 100 learners for entrance examinations such as National Common Entrance Examination, BECE, and Checkpoint and about 95% of them aced the examination in one sitting. I deploy poems, comic books, flashcards, sight words, videos, games, quizzes, and past papers to facilitate and assess the learning process.
