I have helped many pupils and students overcome their fears of mathematics, gain confidence in themselves and improve their grade in the subject. Some pupils or student sometimes tell me mathematics is their worst subject, that they hate it, but I also make them understand that mathematics is very easy,I encourage my pupils or students to learn formulas, apply it together with them, then guide as they apply by themselves and then they are left alone to solve some questions. I always use different formulas to make my pupils or students to understand me.sometimes if we want to solve addition, subtract and some others I have to provide materials that makes pupils relate what is actually taught.
