In my experience of teaching, I have come to understand that the best way to teach a child is to identify the person's strengths and use it to communicate what I am trying to teach the students.
With this I create a good teacher student relationship which helps me help the student understand better and overcome their fears in what ever subject I am teaching. Making the subject and its topics seem more interesting and easy to tackle. I also give a lot of instances and a lot of assignments so that the students get familiar and comfortable with the subject.
Using a lot of teaching materials also helps to cover a wider scope in the subject and this has led to high performance rate of my students. I also conduct oral tests too, to see the confidence level of my students.
