Basic science is an essential part of a child's learning journey, it deals with everyday life from topics like Living things to Space. With a solid background in Basic Science, the child is introduced to cleanliness, the importance of the environment, food nutrients, and hygiene, the different parts and systems of the body, and conversation of earth. All of these will prepare the child for subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

I have had the opportunity of teaching Basic Science for a year as a classroom teacher and organized private home lessons, prepared students for Junior NECO and BECE examinations, and helped students score high grades both in termly and terminal exams.

My experience as a tutor for different students has taught me that each child is different in their way of learning. I observe and determine the best learning style for the child from initial interactions, that way I tailor my classes to meet the needs of the student. I make use of approved syllabus, drawing and learning aids. I also use timely assessments to test the child's skill and progress during the course of our lessons together.

When you book lessons, Farida will usually travel anywhere at most 5km (~ 30mins drive ) from Lugbe, Abuja to deliver lessons.
