Literacy and numeracy are important because they form the basis of our learning they are required to learn other skills and for participation in everyday life. The importance of developing early arithmetic skill, narrative, letter acknowledgement and vocabulary in young children cannot be overemphasized. Hence the importance of an experienced and patient tutor to help develop these skills.

Having taught this for over a year to nursery and primary children, with marked improvement seen in their academics. One of such student was able to improve her vocabulary and even narrate stories on her own.

During lessons, I ensure to establish a friendly relationship with the children, which makes me appraochable and makes it easy for them to enquire about difficult questions when they are taught. I use illustrations and rhymes to help them understand better and give them activities to assess their skill.

When you book lessons, Farida will usually travel anywhere at most 5km (~ 30mins drive ) from Lugbe, Abuja to deliver lessons.
