As a professional Literacy teacher, I have been able to help my pupils appreciate Literature.
With the use of Jolly Phonics, my pupils are taught sounds and how to blend sounds to produce words, thereby building up their word bank(Vocabularies)and this has helped them to pronounce even polysyllabic words like: Ve-ge-ta-tion, thereby aiding their reading and writing skill.
As a Numeracy teacher, I have been able to teach and motivate my pupils to be passionate about numbers. The basics are first taught and gradually, I build upon existing knowledge, reinforcing every new concept with practice exercises, and I try to introduce creative and fun aspects to every class.
I give regular mock tests to pupils who are working towards exams, and I encourage independent learning and the development of healthy study habits. Hire me.
