More than 3 years experience

I am a highly organized and motivated music and piano teacher with relevant experience. I am very comfortable with all aspects of music syllabus, including teaching musical concepts (such as duration, pitch, dynamics, tone colour, texture and structure) as well as performance, composition, reading and listening skills. I possess solid understanding of these concepts and skills in the context of various music styles, periods and genres.
I was the Music Director while serving as a corp member. I've taught music and piano to children, youths and adults. I personally believe in learning an instrument from a tender age and this is why I enjoy teaching children the piano. I am currently teaching a 5 year old and an 8 year old the results have been awesome.
I am also proficient in piano and in the use of SIBELIUS music composition and notation software.
