Sports in general is a part of me, I coach a number of sporting activities. I am a certified physical education instructor with a diploma as well as a Bachelor of Science Education degree in Human Kinetics and Health Education.

Body building is one of the activities I enjoy coaching as I possess a great deal of knowledge about the human body and how to workout on areas of the body needed by you.

I am a great motivator capable of pushing you to your peak while making your workout session fun as well. So come and make it a date with me and let me help you get that shape you have always dreamed about.

The British curriculum presents a comprehensive form of teaching and it is designed to be pupils/student centered therefore ensuring the students contribute greatly to the success of achieving teaching and learning objectives.

Lessons hold at your home

When you book lessons, Ekene will usually travel anywhere at most 5km (~ 30mins drive ) from Isolo to deliver lessons.
