It is a personal belief for me that learning is something to be enjoyed, not enforced. Having this mindset, the first thing I do before embarking on any tutoring activity is a pre-assessment session with the student. In this session I try to understand the student's disposition towards learning, his/her preferred approach, the challenges and how his/her preferences can be modified to improve performance.
I consider every student capable of being the best inasmuch as he/she is willing to improve. I motivate and encourage the students grasp the English language and become excellent communicators. I do not teach students simply for them to pass exams or academic tests, I help them imbue communication etiquette and public speaking skills .
Teachers are the lifeblood of schools and coaches are the light-bearers of learners. In me, you have a sufficient combination of both attributes.
