My name is Donald Uwanaka. I am a graduate of English Language/Literature. I have 9 years of teaching experience in both local and foreign curricula. Currently, I teach at Brownsville College Ikoyi. I prepare students for IGCSE, CHECKPOINT, IELTS, TOEFL, EDEXCEL, WAEC, GCE, JAMB, NECO, etc. Previously, I taught at LEAD-FORTE COLLEGE LEKKI, GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE LEKKI, AND KEMBOS INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE ISOLO.

I assess my students to discover their strengths and weaknesses. I adapt my lesson plans to suit the tutee's learning style. I also ensure that the recommended curriculum is being used whilst teaching my students. I assign tasks after lessons have been completed and I conduct a revision of lessons before examination or tests begin.

I create interesting lesson notes by drawing out interactive plans to carry out these lessons. I try to maintain a serene and fun learning environment while also keeping the learner(s) occupied with learning enabling activities.

As a 21st century teacher, I understand the language and psychological dispositions of the 21st-century students that I teach. That is why my students always say, "there is never a dull moment with Mr. Donald."

When you book lessons, Donald will usually travel anywhere at most 5km (~ 30mins drive ) from Ikoyi to deliver lessons.
