My emphasis is mostly on the"hard to crack nuts" areas where students can easily get derailed during examinations such as simple balancing of chemical equations and their application to solving mathematically related problems in chemistry, rule of chemical combinations and stoichiometry, etc. I also try to know their syllabus and recommended textbooks both for external and internal causes of their exams.
Moreover, I try to assess each student on their performance with simple but logical tests after building confidence in them of their inert capabilities to help them remove doubt, fear, and mediocrity which can cause serious setbacks for students.
