As a Certified CIPMN holder, I have been through all the examination processes and I understand how their questions are set and what they expect. I started from the very foundation level, so I am someone who has passed through their different levels. Operation Research was one of the the subjects that my mates then we're running around for to get lessons, but with diligence and patience, I was able to study, get grounded and pass the course. One advantage is that my main course of study in School was Human Resources Management, so when you invite me to be your teacher, I would be teaching you beyond CIPMN examinations, but what Human Resources Management require as a whole from my wealth of knowledge and experience.
I would teach you using what you know to drive home by points and expatiating on the basics knowledge you have of HR and especially leveraging on your passion for the Course to motivate and drive you when you may feel down. I would work with putting up the vision and goal for taking this course as our foundation and give you practical assignments that prepares you not just for the examination, but for the world of Human Resources.
No matter your age, it is not too late to achieve and accomplish that dream and I am glad to help you achieve it via our classes.
