When it comes to the study of how things change and introduce your mind to the scientific method of analysis, then you are on a nice track.
Many of my students once told me that they dislike calculus due to the several rules guiding differentiation and integration. My professor once told me "when am done teaching you calculus and your brain does not open, then it will never open". It's the truth! Calculus widens your scope of knowledge and helps you think faster without relying on your calculators.
As long as you intend writing mathematics in any exams ahead, expect about 30% to 40% questions from calculus. And just like idioms, once you don't know it, you will basically not be able to do anything. But it's quite simple! And that was what I did for my students.
I will not just guide you to pass, you will understand it very well and find it interesting.
