I have good knowledge of the parts and figures of speech. I help students build a language-rich foundation of phonological, spelling, comprehending and expressing skills. I introduce new words and phrases to students weekly to help build their vocabulary. I help stimulate listening and narrative competence in children by reading or getting them to read books daily or weekly.

I create a conducive learning environment and warm relationship for students. Discussions and questions about what they do not understand are encouraged.

Using the British curriculum(Early Year Foundation Stages) has given me the opportunity to work with young children knowing that every child is unique and learn in different ways. Children get distracted easily so i make teaching each class of the learning area, fun and engaging.
