Quantitative reasoning is about using simple math tools to reason - to understand, interpret, critique and draw conclusions. In my years of experience as a tutor, I have been able to Interpret mathematical models such as formulas, graphs, table, and draw inferences from them. Represent mathematical information symbolically, visually and numerically.
I have been able to use algebraic, geometric, and statistical methods to solve problems. And estimate and check answers to mathematical problems in order to identify alternatives, and select optimal results
