I am a teacher with a difference and as a 21st century teacher, I pay close attention to every child and treat them as an individual. I use different teaching methods as I understand children learn at different pace and have different learning styles. I have worked with children with Special Education Needs and made learning fun for them.
I have facilitated learning with children between 3 and 10 years old using the Montessori and the British/ Nigerian Curriculum. I have successfully taught these subjects in Preschool and KS1 or lower primary: Reading, Writing, Phonics, Creating Writing, Spelling, Grammar, Math, Numerical Reasoning and Comprehension.
With the many years spent as a teacher, I have closely observed patterns and format of prestigious schools used in their common entrance. This has helped me prepare my students in the common entrance class adequately to ace their exams which has yielded so much positive result.

The British curriculum makes learning fun and interactive. It is child centered and by that children can learn at their pace. In, literacy, for example, the different strands it has help children to learn wide. It gives room for differentiation and the different learning styles.
