Further Mathematics

More than 6 years experience

I have at least 3 years experience tutoring students in Further Mathematics. Obviously, the subject poses more challenges to tutees due to my experience and as such, I use simple and practical language to explain concepts to them. They are made to see the link between what they are learning and their practical apppications. Alao Taiwo, a WAEC student Kingdom Mandate College, Bashorun, Ibadan, boosted his confidence through my teaching methods and decided to register for Further Mathematics in the external examination instead of Geography.

I have achieved tutoring success by exposing students to a wide range of questions, from basic to challenging ones on each conceptn. They are made to spend more time questions and also, their confidence levels are hugely boosted as I made them experience examination hall condition which is the ultimate target. They are taught studying, analytical and problem-solving skills. Conclusively, they imbibe information-retaining skills through memory sequence, frequent reviewing, talking about what they have learnt and active studying. Thank you.

It is very similar to the Nigerian curriculum with respect to concepts but a bit different in terms of analysis. I am attuned to it and find the range of questions interesting and helpful for my students' preparations. Also, the concepts are well set out and explained using friendly language.

When you book lessons, Babatunde will usually travel anywhere at most 5km (~ 30mins drive ) from Asokoro to deliver lessons.
