Teaching Basic science for me is a passion I have demonstrated for more than 5 years. I have taught pupils in nursery, primary and Junior secondary school.
What makes my teaching unique and my students distinct in their performances in Basic science is the fact that I am practical about most of the topics in science. For instance, I have demonstrated the separation techniques we have practically with my students. I also refer to YouTube videos to expantiate on my teachings and ensure my students see things practically.
Furthermore, I make use of the Google classroom which makes collaborative learning easier for my students.
I can give assignments , grade them, set deadlines and they can turn in assignments via the Google classroom. I can also share relevant materials, videos and slides via Google classroom even when I'm not physically with my students. With the Google classroom, my students get more involved in learning by themselves.
Overtime, being practical in my approach to teaching science has helped my students and pupils understand some basic science concepts better to the point that they can teach it.
Olise who was basically interested in calculation picked up more interest in science when we involved practicals, watched science videos online. He was able to attend to assignments promptly via Google classroom and even looked forward to our science classes than he does for Mathematics recently. Ultimately, he had a remarkable improved performance in Basic Science last term and his interest level in science increased.
My teaching style is more of interactive than one-directional. It's practical and fun.
Clients should expect satisfactory improvement in their children's performance.
Parents should provide basic writing materials, relevant textbooks. An internet enabled phone, tablet, or PC could be provided to increase collaborative learning via Google classroom.
