The Sign Language is my first language and I find it easy in teaching it.

The first step is to learn the alphabets in signs once this is mastered, words can be introduced and later sentences. The secret of this language is frequent communication. I have been able to interpret at various seminars for hard of hearing people, churches and events.

I currently mentor teenage girls that are hard of hearing on career development. In making this language easier to learn, I make use of audiovisual, posters and ensure practical classes are held at the end of each month.

I started my teaching career in 2010 at Nitel staff school where teaching was basically done with the Nigerian Curriculum, I taught at the primary level for two years after which I moved to Holbrook schools which is a Montessori school where both the Nigerian and British curriculum is used.
