Writing Business Plan

I was involved in writing Business Plans at the M.Sc and MBA levels. My plans were reviewed by Academics who also consult and by peers during presentations.

The first section to be stressed during teaching is the Executive Summary. It details the appeal of the Business plan and allows the author to think through on the venture. It reveals if adequate exit strategies have been provided.

The other areas to be taught include writing styles and Management of Working capital, Human Capital, Inventory, Controls, Cash flows and proprietary rights.

Replete Business Plans will be studied until the student understands how to write in an appealing and logical way.
