The first thing i do is to create a conducive and friendly environment for learning and to also create the impression that verbal reasoning is simple and easy to understand.
My past experiences with students has shown that no student is born dullard all they require is guidance and encouragement
the first thing i do is to observe my student in order to determine the speed rate at which he or she understands with this I will be able to prepare a lesson plan that will suite the timing and the scheme of work to cover
I never assume my student should understand a particular topic or a calculation because it is of a negative action of a tutor to always assume a student understand a topic when his or her knowledge has not been tested over it
Lastly, I make sure I give my student assignment on every chapter we have learnt to test their level of understanding on the topic and with this ideology I will be able to improve the performance of my student academically and also increase their passion for the subject
